I have a team of 4, one has only joined us after a hiatus of losing one member. I receive excellent care and they work as a team of 3 until recently. Support clients and each other covering holidays etc within the team.
I didn’t like when agency staff came, they did not wear PPE and did not stay their allocated time.
Another carer who fills in does not wear a uniform and only gloves – don’t like it when the carer only uses gloves with no apron – do not like it.
