Okiri Healthcare have been great right from attending to completing a care plan through to delivering personal care to my Nan.
They listened attentively to my Nan’s wishes of what she would like support with and my Nan reports that the carers that visit are very friendly, caring and take their time to tend to her needs.
The manager stays in regular contact to ensure all is well and the plan in place is still meeting my Nan’s needs.

We have found the carers from Okiri to be the most pleasant staff to come in to get my nan up in the morning, dress and wash her. My nan commented that the staff are very gentle with her and are very good. They come on time every day and do not leave until they are sure everything has been completed. Thank you for providing us with such a good service, it’s nice to have confidence in a team that supports you with a loved one.
The manager also calls in regularly to ensure everything is satisfactory with their service and if there is anything else they can help with.

Everyone who came into my dad’s home to look after him, treated him with so much kindness and respect. This made all the difference to my dad and also me, to know that he was cared for overnight when I wasn’t there.
Sometimes people come into your life, for whatever reason, then they leave again, but you never forget them and how they cared.
This is how I feel about the two special ladies who looked after my Dad.
They made my dad’s final journey more settled.
