My mum has been in Crossley House for a couple of years and I have found the care she has received very good. Mum suffers with dementia and all that incurs, the care assistants do a great job looking after her in what at times must be very trying. Crossley House also gives the residents entertainment in the form of activities staff, who are also first class.

Mum went to live at Crossley House in July and the last three months have been excellent. She is so well looked after by strong teams of very caring people, managed by a very hands-on and caring management team. She is happier than she has been for several years, due I am sure to this calm but busy place and the attention of such dedicated people. There are a lot of activities which Mum enjoys. Communication with the family is excellent. I could not fault the home.

My mum was in this care home for over five years and was very happy. Both the staff and the facilities are of a high standard and Mum felt very much at home. The staff here really put the care into care home.

My mum came to Crossley House Care Home for two weeks of respite care and I can’t thank them enough. Their care was brilliant, the accommodating was exceptional, her room was big, bright, airy and immaculately kept. The staff were amazing, she was so well looked after when I came to collect her she didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much Crossley House.

Although my mother could be difficult at times, she was always treated by the staff with patience and care. She was always greeted in a friendly manner by all staff, including management and cleaners.
The residents are kept entertained with a regular program of activities. It was always a pleasure to see my mum’s smiling face on their social media page.
However, minor maintenance issues with the room would sometimes take a while to resolve, but in the scheme of things this is only a minor complaint.
