I have worked in a Residential care home and service users are elderly people from the age of 65 years . I offered professional residential, nursing and specialist dementia care for older people. (ADLs) and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Monitored vital signs and reported any abnormalities promptly. Supported residents with
mobility challenges using equipments like rotunda, hoists, wheelchair and encouraged engagement in prescribed exercises. Assisted with
medication administration and maintained confidentiality. My experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of service users confidentiality and the importance of maintaining a supportive and empathetic approach in healthcare settings.
I have successfully completed training in Infection prevention and control , E-Med, Manual handling, Dementia care,Food Safety in care ,MCA and Dols, Health and Safety Training and lots more to enhance my knowledge and skills in the healthcare field.
