Job Description

The client requires visiting care 7 days a week, with current arrangements involving four visits daily, soon to be reduced to three. They need assistance with continence support and personal care, including washing, bathing, and hair and makeup. The client has incontinence and has had a stroke affecting their left arm and leg. They use a hoist for transferring between bed and chair in the morning and evening. Care is required within the next month.
