Our company commenced in 2003. The Managing Director is a Social Worker who has worked across the board with Children and Families; Mental Ill Health; those with physical and learning disabilities as well as the elderly.

Unity in Care provides an holistic service from children, adults, elderly to end of life.

We presently provide a service to Hampshire and Surrey Social Services, Hampshire and Surrey CCG, and private clients and those on direct payment.

Our service is about the individual, no package of care is too small.

We provide the following services: live in care; support work; night carers; domiciliary care, sleep in.

We do emergency care, and planned care, we believe that each person is important and provide a service with the personal touch. Hope we can be of service to you, and would be more than happy to arrange a visit to meet and discuss your needs further.
