Visiting Carer Needed

Job Description

We are looking for a visiting carer to provide daily support for a client being discharged from hospital into temporary accommodation. The client has PTSD and midline shift and requires assistance with cooking and medication management. Care is needed as soon as possible and will be privately funded by SSAFA for a short-term package of care (ST POC). The ideal candidate should be compassionate, reliable, and experienced in supporting individuals with neurological conditions and PTSD.
