Translucence Care Ltd was established in 2017 and is CQC registered. Caroline Ibukun is the Director/Manager of the company. Caroline as worked in the Care Sector for 30 years.
She has wealth of experience and qualifications. Caroline is also very passionate about caring. She work in general nursing and mental health.
She has work in mother and baby unit, child adolescent, national psychosis, cute an assessment unit and Psycho geriatric (elderly). Caroline is also very passionate about ‘Care in the community’ and wanted to support people who were in need of a service.
Translucence Care is a Domiciliary Care Agency, based in Bromley. We offer support to Adults and Vulnerable people with complex and health care needs. Dementia, Learning disabilities, Personal care, and Physical disabilities.
Translucence Care prides itself on its ‘Care Quality’ standards and is rated ‘Good’ in both categories of Caring and Responsive.
Translucence Care, prides itself with employing, highly qualified Care/Support workers. All our staffs are DBS checked, have either NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care. And have completed their Mandatory Training, and Moving and Handling.
Translucence Care, will ensure all staff’s continue to attend additional training to enhance their full potential as Carers.
