As Registered Manager, I am responsible for the care provision, client safety, Staff recruitment, Training, Induction and staff supervision. I am responsible for the delivery of safe, quality and effective care. My role involves the client or client family, carry out assessment, prepare person-centred care plans and ensure staff understand the care plans that is agreed with the client. I promote continuous learning. Learning should be encouraged even when mistake happen. Everyone working with me is signed up to continous learning to ensure client safety and quality delivery of care
