I have over 10 years experience of working with young people and children. Working in a voluntary
and statutory sector, as a therapeutical worker, mentor, admin support and project support worker. I
have a strong understanding of the personal, social and cutural development needs of young people
and a sound understanding of current trends and policies influencing young people’s services with the
skills and ability to lead and motivate young people. I have proven experience of planning, developing,
coordinating and delivering programmes of work with young people. I am a hard worker who works to
the best of my ability on my own and as part of a team. I have confidence and enthusiasm to achieve
the tasks set out to do. I will endeavour to bring stability and commitment to the workforce with my
knowledge and versatility always on the learning curve. I am looking for an opportunity where I can
