There is nothing like an idea whose time has come. As Directors of ALicelyn Health Care, we met in 1994, working at the same hospital after qualifying as nurses, and we have been closely working colleagues. We have encouraged each other to pursue the high goals of life and career.

We are both very passionate about our work, pursuance of excellence in care and support for clients in any clinical setting. We now have over 55 years of combined working experience in the health and social care sector.

Over the years, we have undergone professional training and mentoring of staff within our departments. As a result, we feel we have much to give both to deliver professional nursing care to clients and training teams to deliver a high standard of care and support.

Our specialist areas complement each other in that one major in adult nursing, and the other director is a specialist in mental health, giving us a holistic approach to how we care for you or your loved one.

Our vision is to push the envelope in raising the standards of care by ensuring that our passion for health and social care is impacted on our staff and that our service delivers positive outcomes for all our clients.
