Bluebird has provided an excellent level of care to Mum. The staff are friendly and professional and we couldn’t ask for better.

My father is very happy with his twice-weekly care visits. The carers are always very flexible on what they will help him with which means he gets support on things that are important to him when the carers visit. The people working behind the scenes in the office are very well-organised: the initial assessment visit was easy to organise, people are always helpful when I call and everyone does their best to ensure that the same carers visit whenever possible.
