Burley’s Home Care is a family run business providing premium personalised care to our local community. We are an award-winning business set up by Paul and Carly in 2009 with ambitions to do things the right way.
Our Philosophy:
We passionately believe in the importance of consistency of care, and we take many measures to ensure that the same carer visits every day, and that there is a Dedicated Care Manager to oversee the care plan. we work close with other community partners from doctors to district nurse teams to ensure a holistic approach.
We’re not about a tick-list of jobs and clock watching. We care for people, they are not just names on a rota, this is more than a job.
We ensure consistency of care with our teams, matching carers with our service users to build familiarity, trust and true companionship.

Living 300 miles away from my 93-year-old mother was not easy. For just over a year Burleys visited her once a day, and then twice, to make sure she was OK, do her shopping, give her her medication. They were constantly in contact with me and I knew that I would get an immediate response if I had any queries. The carers were proactive in her care, calling paramedics, district nurse, doctor, etc. as and when necessary. My mum was very happy with all the carers who visited and became friends with them. Unfortunately, the time came when she was just too unsteady on her feet and was falling regularly, so we took the decision to move her to a care home near where we live. The care we received from Burleys was exemplary.
