Our carer is excellent, she is always punctual, works her full period she is expected to and is very hardworking. She is extremely kind and caring towards my mother, they speak the same language, she understands my mother’s needs fully and understands her limitations and care requirements. We are very happy with our carer, she is like family to us!

She is always on time and always hard working. She listens to the client’s needs and communicates well with his parents and the client himself.
