The manager, at interview, sounded like the company was fabulous, sold it well. Everything we needed. First week of visits, excellent. Care staff were attentive. Since then, carers, when visiting, are still excellent. However, visit time for mornings are pretty dreadful. Not as per timings. Appreciate if delay due to previous client visit but no phone calls. There have been various small issues but I cannot get to speak to a manager. Don’t always get a reply to my emails. Clearly taking on too many clients without any extra staff. Terrible scheduling times. Clearly not running well at office level, however, carers are fabulous, no faults there whatsoever.

Have been using CareService24 for seven months now for my mother. All carers are very friendly, willing and able, no task is too much trouble, very attentive especially when my mother needed emergency help, very efficient, reliable, very satisfied to continue their services to help myself care for my mother also.
