Our Home Care Staff are trained on an ongoing basis. This ensures that they have the necessary skills and experience to meet your needs. We will make sure that the people who care for you are well motivated.
Our care is based on a comprehensive assessment of the needs of the client and their carer, and a full assessment of the associated risks, health and safety. This takes place with the client’s full involvement. We take into account the rights, privacy and dignity of our clients. All care plans are documented and agreed with the client and reviewed regularly and when the needs change. We match the skills and competencies of our staff to the needs of each client.

Excellent in parts, I have regular carers that go above and beyond but some carer’s communication skills are lacking, others do not stay long enough and just do the basics. The excellent carers are fantastic and make a world of difference to me as the main carer for Mum and most importantly to Mum herself. They lift her mood and give her support that maintains her self-esteem and are attentive to a broad range of her needs.
