Grove Park was brilliant in handling my relatives respite stay. She loved her time there and barely could get her back home. The show round with the gentlemen through to the caring woman who did our pre-assessment, and the expert level of care from the care team. I couldn’t be happier with her stay there! It was a very fast process, show round on a weekday, pre-assessment the same week and respite booked and sorted the week after!
The care team really treated my family with so much dignity and respect, I would recommend to everyone.
The only improvement I can think of is changing the activities as it seemed at the time there wasn’t many options and the options available was all food related.
