My dad was a resident at Hallamshire for just over 18 months and it was the best move we could have possibly made for him.
From the moment we entered the building, we knew it was the place for us. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the place was spotless, but most strikingly, compared with other homes we’d visited, all the residents were out of their rooms and involved in engaging and fun activities.
Dad was so happy at Hallamshire, and felt loved and cared for. The staff are wonderful and gave Dad attention, fun and kindness. He loved them to bits.
The social programme at Hallamshire is second to none- every day there are two different activities and each week, there is a fantastic variety of really interesting and engaging activities including exercise classes, musical performances, trips out, and visits from pets and nursery children. The catering staff are working too and Dad enjoyed his meals.
Overall, I would highly recommend Hallamshire to anyone.
