Hygea is a top-class care agency. They have been proactive, caring and knowledgeable. The team treat my dad with care and respect. I can see comments and track visits online easily. Can’t recommend them enough to anyone needing a trustworthy and caring team.

Excellent service provided, carers go above and beyond what is expected. I feel reassured that my dad is being helped to live independently. Being 90 years of age and living alone, he appreciates the visits and I appreciate the fact he receives his daily medication.

It started with a personal chat about my dad and his needs it was a open and easy meeting after we had another meeting with my dad there and got to know his needs and wants. I got in touch after I was given a different care team when my dad first left hospital that did not work well with my dad and left him alone with his pills they helped me secure his pills away and now give him his pills as and when he needs them. Along with his medication care they offer him food and company. I can not thank them enough for all the help they give my dad and myself.

I would recommend Hygea Homecare, they are very professional and friendly, all the carers have been very supportive towards my in-laws treating them with respect and maintaining their dignity at all times. My Mother-In-Law has Dementia and doesn’t hold a conversation but they always talk to her and get her singing which helps to get her motivated.

The care provided by Hygea is of exceptional quality – more than outstanding. Our mother’s needs and wishes have all been lovingly met with considerable empathy, compassion and patience. The carers are very experienced and the support and care provided by Hygea has been very comprehensive, including liaison with Mum’s GP surgery and other practitioners, and supporting the acquisition of relevant equipment. Care visits have always been on time and detailed records of each care visit are shared with family. Hygea have been very proactive in identifying anything extra that would benefit our mother and we have been kept fully informed of our mother’s condition and any concerns. We are so grateful to the company’s managers and all the lovely carers for the truly heartfelt care that has been provided for our mother.
