My gran has had her carers since coming out of hospital. We were worried but they have been so amazing and caring. She is so pleased to have her visits and really looks forward to them. It’s such a relief knowing someone is there for her when we can’t be.

JB have provided my care for approximately 7 years and I am very happy with their efforts. They are always more than kind and caring. Occasional delays in time of visit is down to “extra calls” or “carer sick-call off,” which I can understand.
