The refurbished home facilitates 5o en-suite bedrooms that are bright, spacious, fully furnished providing luxury and comfort. We have a wide range of indoor and secured outdoor areas for residents to maintain their independence while feeling empowered and supported. Liberton Brae’s premium amenities include an internal courtyard, landscaped gardens, relaxation and an activities room, cafe and bar, therapy salon, terrace lounge and conservatory.
Our home has 24-hour nursing staffing in place for our residents requiring care at any time. We also offer regular visits from supporting healthcare professionals such as the dentist, opticians and podiatrists.

After having viewed several other residential care homes in the locality – we knew right away that my mother’s needs would be met here.
The staff were extremely patient and understanding of our situation and provided excellent explanations to our questions. They tolerated quite a few visits from us prior to Mum being admitted.
All members of staff we have encountered are very attentive to Mum and her family.
Mum has said that she feels she is allowed to be herself which is what we would want. In the short time Mum has been there she has made use of the hairdressing facilities, enjoyed the musical activities and has attended the church services. She has even enjoyed a trip to the theatre. All these things were on Mum’s wish list for a new home.
In my opinion staff are committed and dedicated to providing excellence in all that they do. Everyone contributes to the care of my mum.
The decor and cleanliness is superb and the signage useful. A truly welcome home from home.

My aunt has been in the home for nearly a year now and has been so well cared for. Staff are engaging with patients and relatives and keeping family notified of any change in care which is a great relief for the family as we don’t reside in the area.
The activities team keep her busy and interested with a wide variety of activities, painting, crafts and bingo which she enjoys.
The roof garden and outside pond are lovely to sit in and much enjoyed in the good weather. She loves getting her hair done at the in-house hairdresser. From the manager, to all members of staff they have provided a safe and very caring atmosphere.
