Local Homecare answered my call late on a Friday when no one else did. I needed to put some emergency care in place. They were round the next day to set up. The person who took the calls was beyond kind. I called many times and she was so patient and supportive.
The manager was thorough and reassuring. She gave us all kinds of ideas on how to make life easier. She went above and beyond by putting us in touch with the local neighbourhood team.
All the members of staff who visited were cheerful and professional. I would highly recommend this provider.
