I am very satisfied with the service we received. The carers are very efficient in the way that they care for my husband, and very obliging if I have to change my hours. The only problem I have is for the morning call. I would like them to come at a set time within half an hour so I can get myself showered and ready before they arrive. I would like my morning call to be 8.30 am.

Manu is a company I would highly recommend. I am so pleased with the care my husband is receiving with this company. Overall, the care my husband receives is excellent. Very warm, friendly staff who put my husband at ease.

Thanks to Manu Integrity, we were able to have time away knowing our elderly parents would be well looked after. All of the staff are lovely and friendly and without them our parents wouldn’t be able to stay in their marital home of over 60 years. Angels all of you!

The carers are all good, friendly, caring and pleasant. The organisation can be variable eg: making sure the carers know what they have to do regarding medicines, re-ordering and changing urine bags. It would be helpful if the same carers did all visits on a particular day. This is obviously difficult covering holidays etc but would help carers and clients to get to know each other and routines better. It would also help carers to be better able to pick up on any change in the client’s condition, beyond routine tasks.

Manu Integrity Services Ltd has cared for my mom since 2018. I am very grateful for the love and care that they have consistently given throughout that time.
I would recommend this agency as I believe that the manager tries her best to match the carers with the client, and for us, it has worked very well. Also in the midst of this pandemic, no one transmitted Covid to my mother for which I am grateful.
