Mum has been a resident for nearly three years now and I can say that the home has improved during that time. There is still a way to go to bring the whole home up to scratch on the decor. The upstairs has had a complete makeover and this now needs to be progressed downstairs, especially in the bedrooms. Mother’s room is definitely ready for decorating.
Mum arrived at Middleton Lodge on death’s door, so much credit to the Nurses and Carers for the last three years that saw a massive improvement in Mum’s health and care. All the staff are fantastic, carers, nurses, cooks and cleaners who are constantly going around keeping the place really clean.
I feel really at home in the place, everybody is so friendly, approachable and helpful. I spend many an hour visiting Mum and the staff! Management always takes the time to speak to you and act really quickly to any requests.
The staff are a credit this home and make it what it is!
