I have been a regular visitor to the New Wycliffe these last 12 months. I visit my dear friend who has dementia. We have been close friends for the last 60 years. During my working life, I visited many care homes and my experience with the facilities and staff at the New Wycliffe has been of the highest quality. The staff are kind, patient and caring with the residents. There are plenty of activities and outings and they are always keen to encourage the residents to engage. They have done their utmost to help my friend settle in under very difficult circumstances. I highly recommend it.
