The staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. They really care about their residents and want the best for them. My grandma is bed-ridden, suffers a lot of pain and this can make her quite bossy and stubborn but the staff have got to know her very well and have a laugh and a joke with her and although my gran kept refusing to leave her room and join in the activities and entertainment, they didn’t give up on her and kept encouraging her to join in and now she loves it.
