PBL Care has provided excellent support in relation to the provision of respite living care for my grandmother after a fall and recent surgery. From the initial inquiry to the provision of the care service, the service has been first-rate. Two carers have been involved over the six-week period and all has been incredible with the oversight by the care manager. The fantastic software enables us to monitor progress and manage risks and complications that could have led to my grandma being admitted in to hospital.
