Words cannot express our gratitude for all the carers and admin staff who looked after our mother. The admin staff were professional, caring and were always available to answer any queries we had. Kept us up to date throughout our mother’s care.
All of the carers have gone above and beyond when looking after our mother. At a time when we weren’t available and left us feeling reassured that she was in good. Indeed she was. They all maintained a caring and empathetic manner at all times. She found them easy to talk to, approachable and felt safe when they visited.
For our mother’s care times they were never late, always within the timed parameters.
