Our family have just moved Mum and Dad to Primrose Court. This was a massive move for Mum and Dad. The staff could not have been better at ensuring that this difficult transition went smoothly and that Mum and Dad were welcomed and comfortable from the start. It is still early days after the move but the way they have settled into their new home is a testament enough. We look forward to Mum and Dad enjoying the facilities on offer at Primrose Court.

I have found Primrose Court to be a warm, caring and happy place. I am so glad my father has settled in well. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Dad says the good is great. I always feel welcome when visiting. The activities they have are so much fun to keep everyone busy and smiling!

Primrose Court provides a high level of care which is tailored to meet my mum’s individual needs. The staff are great, always cheerful and really makes a difference to Mum and our family knowing she is in such a caring environment. The rooms are clean, well-furnished, and en-suite. The food is great and offers a good choice. There is a good programme of daily activities and entertainment. I would definitely recommend Primrose Court.

The quality of care for my nan is beyond praise. All staff made her welcome and they were friendly. The home is clean and well-kept. Bedroom was bright and had everything she needed. Good choice on menu, Nan really enjoyed her meals and couldn’t compliment the chef enough. We, as a family, felt very relaxed leaving Nan in such capable hands and would highly recommend Primrose Court.
