Since Priory Care Services have been my care provider the service that my mother and I have received has been nothing but outstanding. The carers who come to help actually want to be there and always look happy. I’ve found the manager and his team to be nothing but kind, receptive, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly flexible. I’m so glad they are our care provider. I cannot recommend them enough.

My husband who has later-stage dementia had been resident in a care home for a while but I brought him home for 1 month. During this time, he received regular double-handed personal care visits daily from Priory Care Services. All daily care was given by a team of experienced carers with kindness and dignity and on time. They also showed great kindness to me which was much appreciated!

I can honestly say nothing but the truth. I have been with this company since 1st February 2023.
I have a wonderful group of girls.
They are really lovely professionals as well as caring. Could not be in safer hands. They even think of things I might need before I do. The girls adapt to the situation of your needs if and when there are changes to your routine and help to make you much more comfortable. Always friendly and lift your spirits. Thank you to all.

All the staff from the managers, day to day carers were all wonderful and cared for my father-in-law wonderfully.

The carers caring for my father were outstanding and very professional. They were diligent in their approach to their duties and very respectful of my father who was seriously ill. The whole family are extremely gratefully to the wonderful carers.
