Mum is very pleased with both the carers who visit her and the care received. The carers are always friendly and always ask how Mum is and if they can get anything for her before they leave. It gives us peace of mind knowing that if the carer visits things that anything is not quite right then we get notified and we can take action.

Profield have supplied excellent care, always with a smile and going about their tasks with professionalism and paying attention to my wife’s health and needs. Always paying attention to proper administration of her drugs and ensuring medication and medical appliances are available.
