We have been using Right at Home since 7th November 2022. Initially, 3 days a week to get Mum used to the 4 carers on a rota. Within 3 weeks, this increased to 5 days a week and from 16th January 2023, it was daily. Excluding the rare hiccup, Mum is happy with the carers allocated. They all do a good job as a baseline, and some do the little extras – changing Mum’s linen, hoovering, cleaning any soiling on the bedroom mat or not rushing to leave when time is up. All the carers are friendly.
