We have nothing but the highest praise for all the staff at Robin Home Care. Our relative is treated with respect and dignity. His carers and the management team have been very responsive with any extra care/support needs. They have been invaluable in supporting him with some last minute care needs. I am always reassured by the speed of Robin Home Care’s response; we hope there won’t be any emergencies but we feel confident that, should anything happen, they will be there for him.

You responded to my call for home help effectively and quickly and I am very happy with the real quality of care that Mum received from you. It was a very difficult time for me to arrange care for my father, his dementia had progressed to a stage where he could no longer remember to take his medication or prepare food, I met with several providers. Robin homecare assured me that they could deliver the standard of care I was looking for and had contingencies in place to insure my father would receive the level of care agreed 100% of the time, they managed to do this and more, and everyone who cared for my father did so with respect and kindness. As my father’s condition and needs progressed Robin Homecare were quick to notice a gap and meet dad’s changing care needs. My father was able to stay in his own home until the last few weeks of his life. I consider myself very fortunate to have had Robin Homecare provide care for my father, they managed to deliver a level of care that exceeded my expectations. I am truly thankful.
