This care home has been so important to me and my family. They have cared for my husband for five months and there aren’t words to express our gratitude. From the manager, office staff, nurses, care workers, catering staff, cleaners and laundry staff we have received a five-star service and we shall miss our contact with them. We recommend this wonderful nursing home wholeheartedly.

Really impressed with the staff. All very caring and thoughtful. Our daughter has a complex illness which requires a lot of understanding. It’s been pleasing to know that staff have had training for this which has been most reassuring. The accommodation is first class. Standards are high.

I cannot express enough how welcoming the staff are, they are never too busy to have a chat with me and keep me informed. The level of care is outstanding and the rooms are always spotless, nothing is ever too much for any of the staff. I couldn’t be more happier for my friend to be cared for, it brings peace of mind to know he is safe and so well cared for.

My mum is being looked after to a very high standard, and she has all her care needs met. She is happy and relaxed and has not looked so well for a long time. The staff and management management are all very approachable and act on any questions or concerns. This is an excellent care home for any family member to live. It gets a 5-star from me that’s for sure.
