Services Offered.

Live-in Care: Enabling older people to stay in their own home means that they can remain with their spouse or partner, pets, friends, and neighbours and decide when they get up, eat, go out and rest.

This can be especially important if they suffer from dementia.

Personal Care.:

This includes home help and companionship and providing assistance with personal care, including bathing, shaving, oral care, toileting and dressing.

The carer can also assist with mobility, including moving and handling transfers, as well as management of diet and medication.

End-of-life care / Palliative care services.
At Nissi Home Care, we provide the best quality of care to the people we support at all stages of their lives.

This is particularly important in our end-of-life services for people not expected to improve.

We focus on well-being while controlling pain and other symptoms in a comfortable and comforting situation.

Dementia Care.:

We provide a range of care services for people with dementia.

Nissi Home Care believes in providing high-quality dementia care and, as part of this, has a dedicated dementia lead who provides support and training to all of our relevant staff.

Reablement and Recovery Services.:
Nissi Homes Care offers a range of care services that help with recovery and rebuilding independence. We provide care and support to service users following illness or surgery, managing their recovery to help reduce the risk of complications and further hospital admissions.

Complex Care Service:

Nissi Home Care provides a range of specialist clinical needs, including complex needs and supported living services for adults aged 18 and over with Complex care needs like Tracheostomy care, Brain injury, Spinal Cord injury, Enteral feed including PEG (PEG), Epilepsy (including rescue meds), Non-invasive ventilation, and Oral and deep Suctioning.
