We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated live-in carer to join our team at a Care Home Name in Worcester, Worcestershire. This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine passion for helping others and can offer a high level of care and empathy.

Job Description:

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication management
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities with residents
• Assist with mobility and ensure safety within the care home
• Accompany residents to medical appointments and social activities
• Work collaboratively with the care home team to provide the best possible care

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Relevant care qualifications or willingness to undergo training
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to live in the care home and provide 24/7 care
• DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Valid UK work permit
