24/7 Carer Required

Job Description

I am looking for a care professional to provide 24/7 care, seven days a week, on a short-term emergency basis for my 97-year-old father. He has recently lost his sight and is experiencing severe anxiety and hallucinations caused by Charles Bonnet syndrome. Until last week, he was living independently but is currently in hospital and expected to return home soon. The care required includes companionship, cooking, medication management, and personal care, such as washing, bathing, and assistance with hair and grooming. We are in the process of identifying long-term live-in care, but immediate support is needed. The care will be privately funded.
