24/7 Carer Required (Referral)

Job Description

We are seeking a professional caregiver to provide 24/7 care, 7 days a week for an elderly client with dementia, Alzheimer’s, arthritis, diabetes, and incontinence. This role involves companionship care, continence support, cooking, housekeeping, medication management, and personal care, including assistance with washing, bathing, and grooming. The client struggles with day-to-day activities and personal care but sleeps well at night, with a routine of waking early and going to bed early. Care is required as soon as possible, and the funding will be supported by a partial grant. The ideal caregiver will be compassionate, experienced in dementia care, and capable of providing patient-centred support to enhance the client’s well-being and quality of life.
