Job Description

I am looking for a fun and energetic female support worker aged between 16-45 to assist with social visits, cooking meals, laundry, shopping, domestic tasks, and administering medication. I am visually impaired (registered blind) due to optic nerve damage and experience anxiety, but I do not let these affect my active lifestyle. I enjoy playing games like UNO and Jenga, bouldering, walking, and listening to aircrafts at airports, as well as visiting places like the Casino, Crich Tramway Museum, and the National Railway Museum. I often raise money for charity, including activities like bungee jumping. The role involves hours between 7-9 pm, working alternate Mondays, alternate Tuesdays, every Wednesday, alternate Fridays, and weekends, with flexibility for extra hours to cover holiday/sickness. Car driving is preferred, but not essential, as I have a bus pass for travel within West Yorkshire. The successful applicant must be on the DBS update service and comfortable linking arms for guidance
