Looking for a personal care assistant for our father, a stroke survivor with left-side paralysis. Responsibilities include personal care, physiotherapy exercises, speech therapy support, and companionship. The candidate should have experience with stroke care, be patient, and possess motivational skills to encourage daily exercise and speech practice.
