Visiting Carer Required (Referral)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced visiting carer to support our 82-year-old father, who requires care 4–6 days per week. He has chronic kidney disease and undergoes dialysis twice a week, wears a long-term catheter, and is prone to frequent infections, particularly UTIs. He is also regularly confused, hard of hearing, and is showing signs of undiagnosed dementia. The role involves continence support, medication prompting, and light housekeeping to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment. As both my sister and I work full time along with our partners, we are unable to provide the level of practical care he now needs. Care is required as soon as possible and may be privately funded or supported by a partial or full grant.
