Visiting Carer Required (Referral)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide visiting care 7 days a week for a bed-bound client receiving palliative care for congestive heart failure (CHF) and chronic kidney disease (CKD). The role involves continence support and personal care, with visits scheduled as follows: Morning visit to assist with washing and dressing for the day. Mid-afternoon visit for general care and support. Bedtime visit to help with dressing in pyjamas and using the commode. Care is required within the next month and will be privately funded. The ideal candidate should have experience with palliative care and providing dignified, patient-centred support to enhance the client’s comfort and quality of life during this time.
