Visiting Carer Required (Referral)

Job Description

We are looking for a caring and patient-visiting carer to support a physically active elderly lady who is experiencing possible early-onset dementia. The role involves 2-3 visits per week, each lasting around one hour, to provide companionship, assistance with food preparation, and gentle reminders for appointments and daily tasks. While she remains independent in many ways, she is becoming more forgetful and finding some tasks, such as using appliances and cooking full meals, increasingly challenging. The carer will also help prepare her to go out and ensure she remains engaged and supported in her routine. Care is needed within the next month and may be privately funded or supported by a grant.
